Job Description

  • Establish, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System across the business
  • Ensure quality principles are embedded into all operational and manufacturing processes
  • Own and maintain the Quality Manual and all associated quality documentation
  • Lead the internal audit programme and oversee all quality system activities
  • Collect, analyse and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage supplier and vendor quality issues, including corrective actions
  • Ensure staff are trained in inspection methods, process controls and quality procedures
  • Conduct quality checks, inspections and final product verification when required
  • Ensure full compliance with AS9100 and ISO quality standards
  • Act as the Management Representative for all AS9100 and ISO‑related matters

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience within the RF & Microwave industry
  • Strong knowledge of industry drawing standards and military specifications (e.g. MIL‑STD‑883, MIL‑STD‑38534)
  • Experience interpreting customer specifications, statements of work and quality requirements
  • Proven ability to define, implement and maintain quality procedures and controls
  • Background in internal auditing, corrective actions and compliance management
  • Experience working with suppliers to establish and maintain quality expectations
  • Confident producing technical reports and liaising with customer auditors
