The company is experiencing significant growth and offers employees the opportunity to make an impact while helping build processes, teams, and long-term success.Job DescriptionThe Safety Manager will:Lead daily safety initiatives across active construction projects.Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.Support field teams with safety planning, training, and compliance programs.Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns while implementing corrective actions.Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to maintain a strong safety culture.Monitor compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.Utilize HCSS software to manage safety documentation, reporting, and project tracking.Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing employee training.Assist with the development and implementation of safety processes and procedures as the company continues to expand.Report directly to the Safety Director while supporting multiple projects throughout the region.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
