Job Description

  • Advise on sanctions compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze transactions to ensure adherence to sanctions policies.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on sanctions-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues effectively.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sanctions policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance on sanctions compliance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the company's operations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to sanctions compliance activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sanctions Consultant should have:

  • Experience with sanctions compliance in the financial services industry.
  • Specifically has sanctions investigations experience
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, but not required
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear recommendations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
