Scheduler - Multifamily Construction

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules as required to reflect changes and delays.
• Analyze project data to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present scheduling reports to project teams and management.
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines and milestones.
• Utilize scheduling software to create and manage project timelines.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize resource allocation and project workflows.
