Our client is seeking a Client Services / Account Manager to lead and expand one of its most strategically significant enterprise relationships with a rapidly scaling automation and robotics company. This is a pure farming role, responsible for strengthening, protecting, and growing an existing account expected to exceed $10M+ in revenue.

The company currently generates $30M in U.S. revenue, projected to reach $36M by year‑end. The U.S. team consists of 13-14 professionals across sales enablement, demand generation, and proposal management, with aggressive expansion plans under new sales leadership.

Job Description

Account Management & Relationship Ownership

  • Serve as the primary face to our client's flagship customer, working onsite in Wilmington, MA
  • Manage day‑to‑day client relationships across VP and Director‑level stakeholders
  • Conduct routine touchpoints, onsite visits, business reviews, and engagement‑building activities (e.g., lunches, events, floor walks)



Account Growth & Expansion

  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing agreements
  • Collaborate with the VP of Farming and broader sales leadership on account strategy
  • Track resource performance, renewals, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Support small, local hunting opportunities where appropriate (not the focus)



Internal Coordination

  • Partner closely with delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams
  • Report on account health, risks, escalations, and revenue forecasts
  • Maintain compliance with contractual terms and program governance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
