Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Senior Accountant are:

  • Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Manage journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and general ledger activity
  • Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations with supporting schedules
  • Support month-end and year-end close across multiple entities
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes
  • Reconcile revenue from POS systems and operational platforms
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
  • Support sales tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate financial records in line with GAAP and internal controls

The Successful Applicant



The successful Senior Accountant candidate has:

  • 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally within hospitality and catering environments
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and hands-on experience with full-cycle accounting processes
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with accounting systems and POS platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication skills and a high level of ownership and accountability
