With an international footprint and a collaborative culture, the firm provides employees with opportunities to work on sophisticated client engagements while advancing their careers in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage complex, high-volume billing portfolios for domestic and international clientsOversee the full billing lifecycle, including prebill review, invoice preparation, edits, approvals, write-offs, transfers, and final invoice submissionHandle complex electronic billing processes and troubleshoot invoice rejections across multiple e-billing platformsMaintain and communicate client billing requirements, ensuring compliance with outside counsel guidelines and client-specific billing protocolsResearch billing data and provide detailed account analysis and reporting to attorneys and business stakeholdersCoordinate global billing activities and collaborate with international offices to gather accruals, forecasts, and monthly reporting informationPrepare and submit electronic billing files in accordance with client specificationsMonitor billing inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service-level expectationsPartner with attorneys, finance teams, and business services groups to improve processes and enhance client service deliveryAssist leadership with workflow coordination, escalated issues, and departmental initiatives as neededMaintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling client and financial informationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
