Job Description

  • Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the energy sector
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and new client acquisition
  • Prepare and manage proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings and networking events
  • Track and analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Support leadership in identifying and pursuing high-priority opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of two years of related business development, marketing, client services, or professional services experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client relationship management processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills
