Job Description

  • Manage collections processes for legal accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve outstanding account issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
  • Communicate with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Analyze account data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities to management.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in collections.
