Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams
  • Oversee multiple projects ranging from $5M-$20M
  • Support design-build and negotiated project delivery
  • Mentor junior PMs and assist in team development

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Construction Manager should have:

  • Solid experience as a Project Manager / Senior PM in commercial construction
  • Background managing mid-sized projects ($5M-$20M)
  • Experience across sectors such as retail, office, education, healthcare, or industrial
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
  • Preference for candidates local to Columbia, SC (relocation considered)
