Job Description

  • Lead electrical design activities from concept through qualification and production
  • Develop analog, digital, power electronics, and embedded hardware solutions
  • Perform root cause investigations and technical troubleshooting
  • Support requirements development, verification, validation, and testing
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and business teams
  • Generate technical reports, design documentation, and customer deliverables
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers
  • Drive product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • 8+ years of electrical engineering experience
  • Experience with analog and digital circuit design
  • Strong understanding of hardware development and system integration
  • Background in aerospace, defense, electronics, or other regulated industries
  • Experience supporting complex product development programs
