Built on scientific excellence, operational rigor, and patient impact.Job Description Act as technical subject matter expert for ADC conjugation, purification, and formulation processes.Lead and support technology transfers across early clinical through commercial and validation stages.Provide on-the-floor manufacturing support during batch execution and issue resolution.Own and improve key unit operations including chromatography, TFF, conjugation reactions, and buffer preparation.Lead deviation investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA development.Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, HSE, Automation, MSAT, and Facilities to ensure safe and compliant operations.Support audits, regulatory inspections, and implementation of new technologies and materials.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
