Senior Estimator -Fire + Mechanical Protection-Comp up to $140k

• Develop detailed cost estimates for fire and mechanical protection systems in construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate proposals and budgets.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Prepare and present detailed bid proposals for clients and internal teams.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry standards and market trends to ensure competitive pricing.
• Review and negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing to optimize project costs.
• Track and document project changes and their impact on cost estimates.
• Assist in post-project evaluations to improve future estimating processes.
