Our client is the U.S. arm of a globally recognized institution. The organization operates in a fast‑paced, multicultural, and highly matrixed environment, working daily with international finance teams and senior leadership across multiple time zones.

Job Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting
  • Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and CAPEX tracking
  • Manage monthly close activities in partnership with an external accounting provider
  • Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and alignment with global financial policies
  • Coordinate U.S. tax filings with external tax advisors
  • Support external audits and maintain strong compliance frameworks
  • Collaborate with global finance teams on consolidated reporting and governance
  • Partner with a peer overseeing AP/AR and billing to ensure accurate operations
  • Strengthen internal controls, reporting integrity, and financial processes

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-7 years of audit and/or accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 training
  • CPA qualification or actively pursuing CPA certification
  • Strong technical accounting foundation with comfort operating in evolving environments
  • Experience working in global, cross‑time‑zone, matrixed organizations
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independent decision‑making
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics, SAP)
  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively and adapts to shifting priorities
