Senior HR Generalist - MANUFACTURING OR DOT/CDL REQUIRED

• Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
