About Our Client

Our client is a global electronics manufacturer that's hiring a Senior HR Generalist at their office in Hackettstown.

The Senior HR Generalist will report into the Senior Director of HR, who is also located in New Jersey. The role is heavily focused on employee relations, performance management, and coaching/training, partnering closely with managers to elevate team effectiveness and drive consistent feedback practices. What makes it exciting is the build opportunity: they're refining their HR processes, rolling out a new LMS, and looking to create more consistent performance and feedback rhythms. It's a chance to truly influence and impact at scale, not just maintain it.

The ideal candidate enjoys being in the details of employee relations and development work, thrives in a fully onsite, high-touch environment, and is collaborative, communicative, and comfortable keeping leadership informed without needing heavy oversight.

Overall, this is a true generalist role with a modern focus on performance and engagement (vs. things like benefits administration).
