A company operating in the industrial/manufacturing sector. They have 1,200 employees domestically and an additional 250 employees internationally.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Implement and support talent management programs, including performance management and leadership development.
  • Lead organizational restructures, workforce optimization efforts, and reductions-in-force when needed.
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend actionable solutions to improve workforce effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HRBP should have:

  • 7+ years of experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or similar environments.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to work fully onsite in North Lauderdale, FL.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven skills in employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
