With a collaborative culture, exceptional professional development opportunities, and a commitment to excellence, they offer legal professionals the chance to work alongside top-tier attorneys on sophisticated matters for leading organizations worldwide.Job Description* Support attorneys through all stages of complex litigation, investigations, and trial preparation.* Prepare, review, and coordinate sophisticated federal and state court filings, including e-filings.* Manage discovery processes, including document review, productions, privilege logs, and deposition preparation.* Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, and other research platforms.* Assist with hearing, deposition, arbitration, and trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, and case binders.* Maintain and organize case files, databases, and document management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.* Analyze and manage large volumes of case-related data using eDiscovery tools, including Relativity.* Coordinate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to track deadlines and support complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.* Review motions, briefs, and court submissions for accuracy, formatting, and citation compliance.* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior paralegals and other legal support professionals.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
