Senior Manager of Procurement and Sourcing

• Lead procurement and sourcing activities to meet business needs.
• Develop sourcing approaches for goods and services used across the company.
• Manage supplier selection and commercial discussions to support purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships that support ongoing business requirements.
• Review purchasing needs with internal stakeholders and align sourcing plans to demand.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to support cost-conscious purchasing.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues that affect delivery or service.
• Improve procurement and sourcing practices based on business needs and supplier feedback.
