Job Description

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing products
  • Lead new product introduction from concept through production launch
  • Design tooling, fixtures, and production equipment to optimize efficiency
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce waste
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and validation protocols
  • Support compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve manufacturability and cost

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (medical device preferred)
  • Strong background in machining, fabrication, and/or precision manufacturing
  • Experience with new product introduction and process development
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO, and quality system requirements
  • Familiarity with GD&T and engineering drawings
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
