Job Description

  • Lead Owner's Project Management services for K-12 and public-sector projects
  • Manage projects from pre-planning, design, procurement, and construction through closeout
  • Act as the primary liaison between owners, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Provide strategic oversight on budgets, schedules, and project risks
  • Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal support
  • Help expand the firm's footprint in the Massachusetts K-12 market
  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts public construction regulations and standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience as an Owner's Project Manager, ideally within K-12 projects in Massachusetts
  • Strong understanding of MSBA processes and public-sector project requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects successfully
  • Experience supporting or leading business development initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
