Job Description

  • Prepare and review real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Coordinate and manage due diligence processes for property acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Conduct title and survey reviews and resolve related issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assist with zoning and land use analysis to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and organized legal files and records for real estate matters.
  • Support attorneys in real estate closings, ensuring all documents are executed properly.
  • Research and analyze real estate laws, regulations, and precedents as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely completion of projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Paralegal Real Estate should have:

  • Experience with real estate transactions, including preparation of related legal documents.
  • Familiarity with title and survey reviews, as well as zoning and land use regulations.
  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting trial preparation.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, internal teams, and external parties.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal software and tools is a plus.
