Our client is a highly regarded law firm offering exposure to complex commercial real estate transactions.

Job Description

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate transaction documents.
  • Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes for property acquisitions and leases.
  • Maintain and organize legal files and records related to real estate matters.
  • Support attorneys with research and analysis on real estate-related legal issues.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for ongoing real estate projects.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all real estate transactions.
  • Handle additional legal and administrative tasks as required by the legal team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Paralegal should have:

  • Strong experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leases.
  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting trial preparation.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance in the real estate sector.
