Job Description

  • Draft, review, and manage real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and lease agreements.
  • Perform title and survey reviews and resolve any related issues.
  • Coordinate and manage real estate closings, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare summaries of findings for the legal team.
  • Assist with zoning, land use, and other real estate-related matters.
  • Maintain and organize legal files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
  • Provide additional support on various legal matters as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Paralegal Real Estate should have:

  • Experience with commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Strong knowledge of title and survey review processes.
  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting trial preparation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document management systems.
