Job Description

  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including creating trial binders and coordinating exhibits.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
  • Maintain and track deadlines for filings and court appearances.
  • Support attorneys during depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
  • Handle electronic filing of legal documents with state and federal courts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Paralegal should have:
