We have exclusively partnered with a global IPP in Dallas who are looking to add a Senior Project Developer to their team. They Develop utility-scale solar, storage & wind projects across ERCOT, MISO, WECC and SPP. Due to ongoing growth, they are creating a completely new role for an additional Developer to join.

To date, they have Developed solar, storage and wind projects across both ERCOT, MISO, WECC & SPP.

Job Description

The Senior Project Developer (Solar + BESS) will:

  • Effectively work with the existing Development team on Utility-scale projects
  • This role will focus on utility-scale Solar and BESS projects
  • Focus on work in ERCOT, MISO, SPP & WECC
  • Manage external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns
  • Prepare project budgets, schedules, and RFP responses

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Project Developer (Solar + BESS) will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is desirable
  • 3-6 years experience within the renewable industry, ideally in Project Development
  • Ideally has exposure to utility-scale solar or storage projects
  • Based in the DFW area and open to a hybrid working schedule

What's on Offer

The Senior Project Developer (Solar + BESS) will be eligible for:

  • $120,000 - $150,000 base salary
  • 10% annual bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package whereby the employer covers 100% of your healthcare, 20 days PTO and 4% 401k match
