Senior Project Manager - $1Billion/YR GC - Madison

* Lead education, healthcare, and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk to achieve successful outcomes.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
* Oversee procurement, change management, and cost control processes.
* Direct project teams to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate design reviews, value engineering, and constructability planning.
* Mentor and support junior Project Managers and Project Engineers.
* Promote team development, collaboration, and operational excellence.
