Senior Project Manager - $250M Projects - Boston, MA

Boston, Massachusetts Permanent USD160,000 - USD200,000 per year View Job Description
I'm partnered with a highly respected, employee‑owned construction firm that is seeking a true Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects across New England. This is a senior‑level seat reporting directly to a PX, intended for someone who wants to remain a Senior PM long‑term-not a short‑term stepping stone to PX.

My client is a well‑established New England construction firm with over a century of history and more than 500 employees. They deliver complex public and institutional work and are widely known for safety, repeat clients, and consistent execution on technically challenging projects ranging up to $250M. Due to sustained growth and a strong project pipeline, they are expanding their senior leadership team.

Job Description

  • Lead large‑scale projects ($25M-$250M) from preconstruction through closeout
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for owners, architects, and trade partners

  • Partner closely with a Project Executive to execute overall project strategy
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
  • Drive schedule adherence, cost controls, and quality standards

  • Mentor Project Managers and field leadership on best practices
