Job Description

  • Manage high-end custom residential construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
  • Coordinate field teams and office staff to ensure successful project execution
  • Lead project meetings and proactively resolve construction challenges
  • Maintain quality control standards and ensure projects are completed to the highest level of craftsmanship
  • Collaborate with ownership, operations, and field leadership on project strategy and execution
  • Manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining exceptional client relationships
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting safety and quality expectations

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience
  • Proven success managing custom residential projects ranging from approximately $3M to $20M
  • Experience leading high-end residential renovations and custom home construction projects
  • Strong background managing projects within Downtown Boston and other dense urban environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, clients, and subcontractors effectively
  • Excellent communication, budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to commute to Boston and surrounding project locations
  • Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget
