Job Description

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any risks or issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting.
  • Support the development of junior team members and promote best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring Project Managers
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Experience managing complex ground-up and renovation projects

What's on Offer

Salary: Up to $175,000 base salary

  • Monthly vehicle allowance or company vehicle, plus discretionary bonus (8%-15%)
