Job Description



Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout and owner turnover.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and cash flow.
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, scopes, contract administration, and buyout.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to align construction sequencing, logistics, and field execution.



Client & Team Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Lead OAC meetings, progress updates, and executive‑level reporting.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.



Risk, Cost & Quality Control

  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate schedule, cost, and constructability risks.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for safety, quality, and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15+ years of commercial construction experience, including senior‑level PM responsibility.
  • Proven success delivering projects such as commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, education projects, corporate offices, or hospitality developments.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $25M+ (larger preferred).
  • Strong financial acumen and ownership of margin performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accountability and quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $115,000 - $145,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $135,000 - $175,000
  • Annual Bonus: 15-25% (performance‑based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $700 - $1,200 per month
