With a strong backlog and continued growth in Nashville, this is an opportunity to join a highly respected builder with long-term stability and consistent project flow.Job DescriptionProject Leadership & ExecutionLead multiple large-scale or highly complex projects from preconstruction through completion.Oversee budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and financial reporting.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Drive preconstruction efforts alongside estimating and design teams.Client & Relationship ManagementServe as the senior-level contact for clients, architects, and consultants.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.Lead executive-level project updates and strategic decision-making discussions.Financial & Operational OversightManage project cost control, forecasting, and profitability.Oversee contract administration, risk mitigation, and change management.Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.Partner closely with Superintendents to align schedule and field execution.Contribute to internal leadership initiatives and process improvements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
