Job Description



Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead multiple large-scale or highly complex projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Drive preconstruction efforts alongside estimating and design teams.



Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior-level contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead executive-level project updates and strategic decision-making discussions.



Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Manage project cost control, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Oversee contract administration, risk mitigation, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols.



Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to align schedule and field execution.
  • Contribute to internal leadership initiatives and process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale commercial projects ($20M-$100M+).
  • Experience across corporate office, healthcare, higher education, or mixed-use sectors strongly preferred.
  • Strong preconstruction and client-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and construction contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $128,000 - $155,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $150,000 - $185,000+
  • Annual Bonus: 15-25% performance-based
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $800 - $1,200 per month or company vehicle
