With a consistent backlog and continued expansion, they offer long-term stability and clear career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionProject Leadership & ExecutionLead large and complex projects from preconstruction through completion.Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and overall project delivery.Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.Drive coordination across internal teams and external partners.Client & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Lead client meetings, presentations, and project updates.Financial ManagementManage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.Oversee contracts, change orders, and billing processes.Ensure profitability and identify potential risks early.Team LeadershipLead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.Partner closely with Superintendents to align project execution.Foster collaboration across field and office teams.Preconstruction CollaborationSupport early-phase estimating, value engineering, and design coordination.Contribute to project pursuit strategies and proposal development.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
