Job Description



Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead large and complex projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and overall project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Drive coordination across internal teams and external partners.



Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and project updates.



Financial Management

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Oversee contracts, change orders, and billing processes.
  • Ensure profitability and identify potential risks early.



Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to align project execution.
  • Foster collaboration across field and office teams.



Preconstruction Collaboration

  • Support early-phase estimating, value engineering, and design coordination.
  • Contribute to project pursuit strategies and proposal development.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Strong background in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or institutional construction.
  • Experience managing projects in the $20M-$100M+ range.
  • Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish.
  • Experience with design-build or negotiated work preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Total Compensation: $150,000 - $195,000+
  • Bonus: 15-25% performance-based
