Job Description



Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution strategy.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects or a single large-scale project simultaneously.



Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings, presentations, and executive updates.



Financial Management

  • Manage budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Oversee contracts, change orders, and billing processes.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks early.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Strong background in commercial, healthcare, institutional, or municipal projects.
  • Experience managing projects in the $10M-$75M+ range.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish.
  • Experience with renovation and occupied facility work is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
  • Total Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000+
  • Bonus: 15-25% performance-based
  • Vehicle: Company vehicle or allowance + fuel card
