Senior Project Manager : Commercial Construction

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.
