Job Description

  • Lead one large commercial project from preconstruction through close-out
  • Own schedule, budget, risk management, and contract administration
  • Manage and develop project managers, engineers, and site teams
  • Act as primary client contact and present updates to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure quality, safety, and financial targets are consistently met

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience
  • 8+ years in commercial construction project management
  • Experience delivering $10-$20M projects
  • Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Confident, proactive leader with strong client-facing skills
