• Lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and clients.
• Lead project teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
