Senior Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain progress and quality.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
