Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client, architect, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project forecasting.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff.
  • Coordinate preconstruction efforts and project execution plans.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in executive-level project reviews and strategic planning.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Proven success managing projects valued at $20M+.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
  • Experience with project management software and construction technology.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
