About Our Client

Michael Page is hiring for a Senior Project Manager in the construction sector, located in Tampa. Our client is a mid sized GC with a strong back log leading high profile projects in the area.

Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
