Job Description

As the Senior Project Manager, you will report directly into senior leadership and take full ownership of multiple industrial construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. You will be trusted to operate with autonomy while shaping project delivery standards across the business.

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex industrial, cleanroom, and advanced manufacturing projects
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Coordinate closely with in‑house engineering and design teams in a true design‑build environment
  • Drive commercial performance, change management, and risk mitigation
  • Act as a senior point of contact for repeat, blue‑chip clients
  • Support business development efforts through client engagement and project expansion opportunities
  • Mentor Project Managers and contribute to the development of best practices

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • 10+ years of experience delivering industrial or technically complex construction projects
  • Strong background in design‑build, manufacturing, cleanroom, life sciences, semiconductor, or aerospace facilities
  • Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects with demanding stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
  • Engineering or construction‑related degree preferred but not essential
  • Entrepreneurial personality with a "no ego" approach and strong leadership presence
