Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will:

  • Lead multiple large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple projects
  • Drive subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and scope alignment
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants, acting as a senior point of contact
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving complex challenges
  • Conduct regular site visits and executive-level project reviews

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager will have:

  • 8-12+ years of experience in commercial construction, with experience managing large or complex projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-value construction projects
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and contract administration
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to manage executive-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and construction management software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
