As they continue to expand their Columbus operations, they are seeking experienced project leadership to support a growing pipeline of high-profile commercial projects.The company is known for its strong reputation, long-term stability, and ability to deliver complex projects across multiple sectors.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:Leading all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutManaging project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful deliveryCoordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholdersConducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceIdentifying and mitigating project risks while implementing corrective actionsPreparing and presenting project updates to leadership and clientsEnsuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulationsNegotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendorsMentoring and developing project managers and project engineersFacilitating communication across project teams and stakeholdersOverseeing quality control and ensuring high standards of workmanshipManaging project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reportsSupporting project closeout, including client walkthroughs and final deliveryMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
