Job Description

  • Lead and deliver large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance to ensure profitability
  • Drive day-to-day coordination between owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Run meetings, resolve issues, and keep projects on track
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Proven ability to fully own and run projects end-to-end (financials, schedule, client)
  • Experience in sectors such as healthcare, higher education, corporate, light industrial, manufacturing, or K-12
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, scheduling tools)
  • Self-starter who can operate with autonomy and drive results
