Job Description

* Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, fostering professional development and driving consistent project execution excellence across the organization.
* Lead multiple complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Cultivate and strengthen executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
* Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and supporting pursuit strategies for key projects and clients.
* Establish and enforce project management best practices, improving operational efficiency, risk management, and project performance outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and design teams to proactively resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
* Oversee financial performance across project portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and profitability optimization.
* Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence while aligning project teams with organizational goals and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of general contracting experience
  • Experience leading projects valued over $20M
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to mentor more junior project management staff
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
