Job Description

The Senior / Project Manager - Ground Up Construction - DC Metro will:

  • Manage base building construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and constructability reviews
  • Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Maintain control of project cost, schedule, quality, and safety
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact the project
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, and agency partners
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, regulatory requirements, and company standards
  • Support project close‑out, turnover, and warranty processes

The Successful Applicant

The Senior / Project Manager - Ground Up Construction - DC Metro will have:

  • Experience managing base building or ground‑up construction projects
  • Strong background in project management within a general contracting environment
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working on public or institutional projects preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
