Our client is a well-established, mid-sized Construction Management firm with a strong reputation throughout Massachusetts. They deliver projects ranging from $5M-$75M+ across multifamily, life science, manufacturing, healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors, with a culture centered around collaboration, innovation, and long-term employee development.

Job Description

  • Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications
  • Work closely with field teams to ensure project delivery, quality, and safety standards
  • Oversee project forecasting, cost controls, and contract administration
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout project execution
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel to manage project documentation and reporting
  • Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic project initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of project management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
  • Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $10M+
  • Multifamily construction experience preferred
  • Strong financial management, scheduling, and client-facing experience
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
