Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and objectives.
• Oversee MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements on all project sites.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
