Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will serve as a key leader within the organization, managing project teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role offers significant autonomy, visibility with executive leadership, and the opportunity to work on some of the region's most impactful commercial developments.

Job Description

  • Lead healthcare construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met


  • Collaborate with preconstruction teams on estimating, scheduling, phasing plans, and logistics, particularly for active healthcare campuses


  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific codes, infection control requirements (ICRA), and regulatory guidelines


  • Coordinate with hospital stakeholders, design professionals, and internal teams for seamless project execution


  • Manage all phases of procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, and reporting


  • Conduct and lead OAC meetings, fostering client trust and satisfaction


  • Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant project managers, supporting their development


  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions on-site

The Successful Applicant

  • Have 8+ years of commercial construction experience with proven experience leading teams of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers


  • Be well-versed in healthcare construction standards, ICRA procedures, and AHCA (or similar authority) requirements


  • Hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)


  • Be a clear communicator and effective leader who excels in managing complex, occupied site environments


  • Bring strong proficiency in construction technology, project scheduling, and field coordination tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)


  • Have a client-first mindset and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
