Job Description

  • Lead multiple healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, contracts, and overall project performance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive project execution and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple active assignments.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while serving as a key decision-maker.
  • Participate in estimating, preconstruction planning, and strategic project reviews.
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and project partners.
  • Utilize project management tools and reporting systems to monitor progress and performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
  • Current or recent experience as a Senior Project Manager or equivalent leadership-level PM.
  • Significant healthcare construction experience, including multiple hospital projects.
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of a construction project, not just a specific trade or discipline.
  • Strong experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple stakeholders on active job sites.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and operate independently.
  • Stable work history with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Ability to work primarily in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
  • Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and business operations.
  • Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Premier financial software.
  • Background overseeing projects in occupied healthcare environments.
